My Name is Matt Wallace, I started weight training when I was 12 years old. I wanted to be bigger, stronger, and faster. I read everything I could get my hands on: nutrition, anatomy, sports science. I was amazed at the results I saw in my sports performance and confidence. I was hooked.
My interest grew and I eventually became a certified personal trainer and started my own business over 15 years ago. Now I have logged tens of thousands of training hours and have learned from the best minds in fitness, both local and national. I was taught how to deliver results.
For some people results mean getting as lean as possible. For many, it means driving the golf ball 20 yards longer. And for others, it is about getting up and down the stairs better and restoring stability to avoid a fall. These are my areas of specialty: senior fitness, body transformation and golf fitness.
My results-centered philosophy has privileged me to serve and develop friendships with amazing people of every walk of life. I have been fortunate enough to serve some clients for over 15 years.
